Stormy Daniels made an appearance on Saturday Night Live last night and it seems like the public just can’t get enough of this chick, for whatever reason.
As everyone knows, because it’s been blasted all over the news for the last three months, Trump supposedly had his personal attorney, Michael D Cohen, pay Stormy Daniels to keep quiet about their affair when he was about to embark on the 2016 campaign for the presidency.
And it’s impossible not to laugh at this news story, because, it’s just as bad. Actually, it’s much worse, then the neverending “Russia collusion” story that they haven’t stopped talking about ever since Trump beat them and their denial-complex began.
And what a joke that is, considering meddling in other country’s elections is politics as usual. The United States – as well as every other nation on the planet – tries to influence the outcome of electoral campaigns ALL OF THE TIME.
The fact that Russia may have, or may not have, tried to sway the 2016 election is completely irrelevant when taking into account the fact that its business as usual, as bad as it may be.
Or, in other words, the fact that it’s literally happening all over the world all of the time, mitigates how much of an anomaly it really is, because, it’s really not unusual at all.
The United States’ track record in Latin America is a perfect example of that, as they’ve been trying to swing elections there for decades, including in Guatemala and Honduras, just to name two.
Can’t talk too much about it though, for risk of offending the masses, considering they must like hearing about Stormy Daniels, otherwise the news would stop reporting on it.
The bottom line is that the news media caters and repeats whatever story makes them the most money for their advertisers, and that’s it.
It’s all about ratings, viewers, and clicks, and if it wasn’t, maybe we’d have more coverage of substantial issues.
Frankly, It’s hard to believe that most people actually care that Trump allegedly cheated on his wife with an adult film actress. Not only is it entirely possible to see when it comes to his character, but also, it doesn’t really matter that much, does it?
It would be great if he called a press conference and just came out and said, “Alright, folks, you know what? I can’t lie to ya, I love pussy, and me and that woman got down to it, and that was it. Thank you have a good night. Support the troops!”
Maybe this would all be over then.
Either way, the media’s coverage of this topic has been mad lucrative, for both the mainstream outlets, but also for Stormy Daniels career. If it wasn’t for this scandal, there wouldn’t be much for her, considering her career as an adult film actress is long past its prime.
